About the White Black Girl
Therese earned a law degree from Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. She has served as a legal intern for the ACLU Women’s Rights Project and the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. She has also done contract legal work for the World Bank and many law firms in the D.C. Metro Area, and has served as a pro bono attorney for the D.C. Bar Bankruptcy Clinic.
She has recently started writing and blogging while she works for a small healthcare company. She lives in the Gold Coast neighborhood in Chicago with her husband.
